looking for a recipe for grilled mushrooms right?
Id like to find a recipe for something like mushrooms marinated in a marinade of garlic with lots of flavor and then put them on skewers on the barbecue
This is really tasty, especially when they grill. I often get lazy and just marinated in salad dressing Italian 2. 1 / 2 cup 1 cup salad oil white vinegar 1 bunch chives, chopped 1 bunch scallions, finely chopped 2 1 / 2 tbsp. sugar 1 1 / 2 tbsp. 1 tablespoon salt. fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp. 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic. 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce. Browning bottled salsa 1 / 8 tsp. 1 pound fresh mushrooms mustard prepared, and patted dry washes Blend all ingredients except mushrooms in a deep bowl until well combined. Add mushrooms, cover and marinate for 4 hours or preferably overnight. This marinade also works well with sliced mushrooms, zucchini, cauliflower or broccoli
