barbecue pork tenderloin
Can anyone give me advice on charcoal barbecue a whole pork tenderloin?

How long do I grill? Direct or indirect grilling? Any other suggestions? Thanks PS – The small and medium size pork loin, so its kind of like a barbecue grill really Smal

A pork loin will not have much time for anything. I like mine stuffed. I can make a filling and add the cranberries and apples for the filling. Make a hole in the center with a knife and carefully enlarge the opening. (No need to open it.) When the opening is about 2 inches in diameter begin to push the filling in Touch the center at one end then fill from the other side. No more than that. Place on hot grill and turn every 2 minutes. This will cook very, very fast because the meat is only 1 inch thick. If you do not want the season and just filling the grill but be careful with the meat because they do not want to cook over a pork tenderloin. Almost anything above 145 dry finish.
