Easy chicken recipes?
Here are some things I have in my refrigerator and kitchen: Garlic, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, Korean BBQ Pickled, EVOO, oregano / salt and pepper What are some relatively easy chicken dishes and delicious you can do and how they prepare?
Ingredients chicken parmesan, 1 egg, beaten 2 oz dry bread crumbs 2 boneless chicken breast halves 03/04 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce 2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese 1 / 4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Instructions 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking environment. 2.Pour egg in small bowl shallow. Place bread crumbs in a separate cup. Dip chicken into egg, then breadcrumbs. Place chicken in covered baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until no longer pink and juices run clear. 3.Pour mean spaghetti sauce into a 7×11 inch baking dish. Place chicken in sauce, and cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese and return to the preheated oven for 20 minutes. ————————————————– Chicken Marsala-Ingredients ———– 1 / 4 cup all-purpose flour for the ground layer of salt 1 / 2 teaspoon 1 / 4 teaspoon black pepper 1 / 2 teaspoon dried oregano 4 chicken halves skin and bones Breast – hit 1 / 4 inch thick 4 tablespoons butter 4 tablespoons oil for olive oil 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1 / 2 cup Marsala wine 1 / 4 cup sherry 1.In get cooking a dish or bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper and oregano. Coat chicken pieces in flour mixture. 2.In a large skillet, melt butter in the oil over medium heat. Place chicken in skillet and brown slightly. Turn chicken pieces and add mushrooms. Pour the wine and sherry. Cover pan; simmer chicken 10 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink and juices run clear. ————————————————– ——— cooked onion Chicken Ingredients 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix 1 cup panko bread crumbs 4 skinless chicken breasts, boneless chicken halves cup mayonnaise 2.1 Information 1.Preheat an oven at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Combine soup mix and bread crumbs in a bowl and reserve. Line a baking sheet with foil. 2.Coat chicken breasts all over with mayonnaise, then press into the panko mixture. Place the chicken on baking sheet. 3.Cook chicken breasts until no longer pink in center and juices run clear 25 minutes. An instant read thermometer inserted in center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
